fantastic central stay
spacious room comfy beds
the room was very spacious. it included a fridge and a microwave, i found them quite useful. the bar and restaurant downstairs had direct access from the hotel and a good selection of food and drinks. the beds were super comfy.
my room was not cleaned, even after i requested it explicitly. this was disappointing. i expected the service without needing to ask.

coffee is available throughout the day. i was able to get a croissant in the morning and a cocktail in the evening. the coffee beans are roasted by an award-winning independent called origin!!!

the check-in was fast. prashant assisted a lot with luggage storage and fast checkout. the staff was very helpful and friendly. housekeeping was done well, though it needed to be requested.

The location was great for accessing the main attractions. I found the room to be very clean. The bathroom and shower were fantastic (I especially liked the shower).
The room lacked natural light, even though I booked a higher-priced room. My room was not cleaned during my 3-night stay. This was not up to the standard for a 4-star hotel.

comfortable bed bathroom shower accessible location small area unfriendly staff member confusing layout
the room was nice with a comfortable bed i slept well. the bathroom shower was really fantastic it was clean. the location proved very accessible to many underground stops.
i found the check-in area small there was no proper reception. the staff member was unfriendly i found her difficult to deal with. the hotel layout felt confusing like a maze it caused stress.

friendly staff central location useful amenities
The staff were friendly and helpful at all times. The location was very central, close to places like Tower Bridge. The hotel was clean and offered all necessary amenities. The provision of free hot drinks and water was a bonus, especially helpful for outings.
The bathroom was quite small, making movement a bit difficult.

The location is very central and near key attractions. It is directly opposite Leadenhall Market. The hotel is also just a short walk from the Underground.

Excellent Stay in the City
convenient location efficient staff fresh coffee refillable water
The location proved very convenient for exploring nearby attractions. The staff efficiently printed my boarding passes at the front desk and stored my bags. I found fresh coffee available in the lobby, and I especially liked the refillable water station on my floor. The hotel provided a work area in the lobby which was very useful for catching up on emails.
The air conditioning made slight noise during the night.

The room included good quality toiletries and a functional shower. The size proved great for exploring this city. A massive bed ensured restful sleep. Its comfort added to my overall relaxation after a long day.

The hotel is near Leadenhall Market which makes it ideal for exploring shops and local sights. It is very close to two central underground lines. Liverpool Street Station is a short walk. It offers convenient access to the airport.

The staff seemed very cute. They provided helpful assistance on several occasions. The front desk employees offered support with various requests. I found their service to be prompt and courteous.

A nice coffee bar sat in reception, it offered a relaxed atmosphere. I saw a coffee machine in the lobby. The hotel provides drinking water. I felt refreshed throughout my stay. The water station offered water bottle refills on our floor.
