fantastic central stay
spacious roomcomfy bedscleaning service
the room was very spacious. it included a fridge and a microwave, i found them quite useful. the bar and restaurant downstairs had direct access from the hotel and a good selection of food and drinks. the beds were super comfy.
my room was not cleaned, even after i requested it explicitly. this was disappointing. i expected the service without needing to ask.

The location was great for accessing the main attractions. I found the room to be very clean. The bathroom and shower were fantastic (I especially liked the shower).
The room lacked natural light, even though I booked a higher-priced room. My room was not cleaned during my 3-night stay. This was not up to the standard for a 4-star hotel.

the room was nice with a comfortable bed i slept well. the bathroom shower was really fantastic it was clean. the location proved very accessible to many underground stops.
i found the check-in area small there was no proper reception. the staff member was unfriendly i found her difficult to deal with. the hotel layout felt confusing like a maze it caused stress.

The staff were friendly and helpful at all times. The location was very central, close to places like Tower Bridge. The hotel was clean and offered all necessary amenities. The provision of free hot drinks and water was a bonus, especially helpful for outings.
The bathroom was quite small, making movement a bit difficult.

The location proved very convenient for exploring nearby attractions. The staff efficiently printed my boarding passes at the front desk and stored my bags. I found fresh coffee available in the lobby, and I especially liked the refillable water station on my floor. The hotel provided a work area in the lobby which was very useful for catching up on emails.
The air conditioning made slight noise during the night.
